The recent visit of President Hu Jintao of China this week in the US has brought so many business deals. President Barack Obama along with the countries top CEO’s of its major companies gathered in the White House this week to have some serious business-related meetings. President Hu’s visit would mean good news to the American people especially for those who were hopeless and left with the choice of begging for an unemployment extension.
Among the country’s CEO’s who joined the meeting are Steve Ballmer of Microsoft, Lloyd Blankfein of Goldman Sachs, Jeff Immelt of General Electric and Jim McNerney of Boeing. The latter CEO has been reported to sell 200 Boeing planes to China which would roughly cost $19 billion dollars. This is just right in time because the company is presently on the 6th month postponement of its new Dreamliner plane.
Aside from the purchase of the Boeing planes, Chinese companies would also have deals with the Generel Electric in sector of energy, rail and aviation. This would generate billions of income and thousands of jobs for the American people who were jobless for so long.
This visit of the China’s president is an indication of America’s bright future. Hopes and prayers are slowly granted.
